The role will consist of:
Working closely with the existing team of project planning and technical implementation/support to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the Cloud ERP MRP Stock/Inventory systems our team work with (DEAR, CIN7, MRPEasy).
Develop and deliver technical implementation plans to ensure the clients’ requirements are met.
Schedule and attend online, onsite requirement review meetings.
Outlining the potential workarounds and manual processes required to manage the system.
Build proof of concept examples in the system – using client data in the selected system.
Prepare and deliver system demonstrations
Confirm the suitability and required configuration of the selected system.
Ability to identify and provide solutions to customer queries and set honest expectations.
Work in conjunction with the Planning, Business Analyst & Development teams to achieve a successful project delivery.
Develop relationships and ensure a first-class customer service. Working to the Lead Delivery Managers and with our Client Relationship Managers .
Work closely with our consultancy and delivery teams to deliver projects on time and to budget
Define implementation plans
Nice to have but not mandatory skills:
Working knowledge of any of the following – DEAR, CIN7, MRPEasy, Unleashed, OrderHive, Orderwise, Linnworks, Brightpearl, Netsuite, Tradegecko or similar products
Understanding of cloud/saas software and APIs
The individual will have:
Hands-on working experience with ERP or Inventory/Stock management systems.
