We offer flexible software training sessions which can be offered online (where appropriate), on-site at your own premises, or at our own training centre. During these sessions, we’ll take you through all the different areas of your new management software system, giving you an overview of the different features and functionalities that your business will use day-to-day. We’ll also run through typical scenarios of how you will use the systems and show you step-by-step how to complete these actions, how to generate output, etc.
Our train-the-trainer service is a cost-effective way to invest in software training for your staff as we’ll upskill a nominated member, or members, of your team, so they are equipped to train your staff at a time that suits your needs.
Alternatively, you may have had a new system implemented (not by Bluehub), which you don’t yet have a full understanding of. We can take a look at your system and, using our experience and knowledge, develop a software training session to get you up to speed on how it works and how you can get the most out of it – you may even find during this session that your business requires additional support from our team be it regular support/maintenance or even an additional product.
To supplement this service, we record all training sessions which are sent to you for your reference. Not only does this help your team get to grips with their new system and have something to refer back to; it can also form part of your internal training and upskilling process and be used as part of an internal induction process. Further troubleshoot videos and materials are also provided to help you every step of the way with your new system.
