Client Relationship Manager – Digital Systems

Due to the continuing growth of the business, an exciting position of Client Relationship Manager to join our friendly team in our new kitted-out Telford office. The successful applicant will earn between £27,000 & £35,000 (dependant on experience), in addition to 22 days of holiday. If you have experience in building and managing client relationships in a digital delivery business (examples – website, e-commerce, software development, digital agency), then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and realise your potential within a fast-paced business.

What the role will consist of:

  • Leading on Client Relationships
  • Main point of contact for client from initial project onboarding to ongoing support relationship
  • Capture ongoing requirements & requests
  • Manage internal collaboration for new or additional work proposals
  • Ensuring client meetings happen regularly and at an agreed frequency
  • Email and phone communications
  • Documenting detailed client meeting notes and ensuring actions are taken forward
  • Scheduling client work & meetings
  • Internal and client facing reports
  • Update information on internal systems
  • Be part of a Client Services Team
  • Recommend improvements to our internal ways of working
