Cin7 Core Integration.

Having gone live with Cin7 Core a couple of months ago we can say the move from our previous outdated ERP system would not have been as well planned or structured without the guidance and expertise of the team at Bluehub. Now when our orders are ready to go out the door, I don’t have to even think about “capturing that tracking number correctly” or “I need to calculate the shipment costs”. The integration BlueHub has established takes care of these repetitive tasks for me, and accurately, meanwhile I can get other things done!

BlueHub made this the easiest implementation. BlueHub were really friendly and approachable which made the relationship really easy. If you are struggling to set up your DEAR Systems account, you need to engage with BlueHub and their Optimization work service! The Deep Dives with BlueHub so far have been very informative and needle-moving for our business…so much that we have engaged them for additional sessions. DEAR is complicated, if anyone tells you different, I would look for a different implementation partner. BlueHub was upfront with us from the get-go and have been an instrumental resource in setting up our bespoke DEAR instance.

The Business Process Review allowed the BlueHub Team to fully understand the needs of our business, as well as making constructive suggestions to the best practices that we may wish to implement as a business moving forward with our systems. BlueHub managed the entire project in a flexible and organised manner reducing the requirements on our team, all while being a pleasure to work with.
