CouCou Intimates is a UK-based brand creating ultra-soft, sustainable underwear made from 100% organic cotton. Focused on comfort, ethics, and simplicity, the company bridges the gap between lingerie and everyday essentials.
CouCou Intimates was struggling with disjointed systems, limited stock visibility, and clunky reporting tools. Onboarding to previous platforms had been poor, leaving their team unclear on how to use the systems effectively. Forecasting and supply management were manual and error-prone, and their 3PL wasn’t integrated—adding further complexity to order fulfilment.
BlueHub implemented Cin7 Core as a central ERP system, integrating it seamlessly with Shopify, ShipStation, and Xero. The solution was scoped in-person at CouCou’s office in April 2024, with implementation starting in June. BlueHub provided hands-on training in August, and the new system went live on 4th December 2024.
The biggest shift came from BlueHub’s practical, in-person training. With a clearer understanding of Cin7 Core, CouCou’s team now runs smoother accounting, enjoys better visibility across the business, and operates with more confidence. Post-launch support has kept things running smoothly as they continue to scale.
