Wyatt Crocker is a family-run business specialising in high-end door hardware and ironmongery. With deep roots in the interiors trade, they supply both retail customers and trade professionals via their ecommerce sites and in-house showroom.
As business grew, so did the pressure on outdated systems. Orders were managed manually across Sage 50cloud and Magento, with little automation and limited visibility into stock or customer data. Their team struggled to keep up with increasing demand, and the existing setup wasn’t scalable. Wyatt Crocker needed a streamlined solution to support both ecommerce and B2B operations — and to prepare the business for future growth.
BlueHub ran a full Business Process Review in late 2022 to understand the company’s needs across ecommerce, warehousing, purchasing, and finance. From there, BlueHub implemented Cin7 Core as the central operational platform, integrating it with Magento, Shopify, and Xero. The new setup enabled:
- Automated order flow from ecommerce to dispatch
- Live stock control and product bundling (e.g. custom door sets)
- Integrated returns management
- Better visibility for purchasing and warehouse teams
- A smoother financial workflow linked to Xero
The project went live in November 2023, marking a major shift in how Wyatt Crocker runs its operations. Manual work has been cut down, stock is better managed, and teams can now rely on a central system that reflects the realities of a growing ecommerce business. Most importantly, the new system provides the scalability and visibility the team needed to grow with confidence.
