Our team selects and implements Inventory systems for small and medium-sized businesses who are moving away from traditional server-and-paper-based systems. Our customers are Wholesale, e-Commerce, Manufacturing and Retail businesses, and we provide system selection, implementation, and training.
The Free Discovery Session is done with one of our senior solutions consultants. On this call, they will review your current systems and processes, discuss potential solutions, confirm your business’s suitability, and recommend the best-supporting apps.
Four steps to your new system:
- Discovery Call
Free advice and consultancy where we understand your requirements and current system before recommending and demonstrating potentially suitable apps. - Pre-Implementation Consultancy
Formalising the system selection, testing your data and processes in the recommended app, and finalising the implementation project, before the work begins on setting-up and helping you learn the new system. - Implementation
This is the main step of setting up your new system, including migrating data, training your team in the new software and providing hands-on support for the day you go live. - Support
Each implementation includes a period of aftercare support to ensure that the first month of using the new software runs smoothly. After this, we offer ongoing support services to meet your requirements – whether that’s basic frontline support or advanced support to ensure you maximise the benefits of your new system.

When implementing inventory software, the sectors we work with are Wholesale, e-Commerce, Manufacturing and Retail that are between 1mil and 15mil turnover. We are used to these businesses currently using variations of Sage (including desktop), Excel, access databases and bespoke systems.
One of the first steps we make is moving these businesses away from this old way of working and setting them up with cloud accounting systems such as Xero and QBO. This then helps the whole business to work seamlessly alongside DEAR, Unleashed, and Cin7.
From experience, importing spreadsheets into Xero can be a nightmare, especially when you realise there are problems such as incorrect columns or missing data.
Due to our software development background, we developed a solution that detects new files in Dropbox, it then automatically manipulates them into the correct format and enters the information into Xero. This process saves time and allows for account mapping and tracking.
